HMA+D converted this existing 80's multi-family duplex into a spacious, single family beach residence consisting of four bedrooms, four baths, office, large kitchen and island for entertaining, and a personal elevator.  One of the main design concepts was to create simultaneous views to both the waters of the Gulf and Anna Maria Sound by removing portions of the existing tenant demising wall.
