Program: 90,000 s.f. State of the art, medical education facility.   60,000 sf of surgical skills labs, operating suites, robotics lab, virtual hospital, lecture and exhibition halls, and auditorium.  30,000 s.f. of classrooms and general office space.

As principal architect of H2W Studio, Richard M. Haas was an integral part of the Beck design/build team, responsible for design of program elements such as the second floor auditorium "organ", cafe, Franklin street entrance sequence and construction documentation.  Richard also provided life safety analysis for the building and designed elements such as the monumental stair landing and lobby reception desk.
