Many clients come to us with design ideas including examples of plans and images they like. We work with you to evaluate and compare these ideas with your project goals to maximize design opportunities and find creative solutions.  

Generally, design fees are based on a percentage of the estimated construction cost (excluding civil work). Then the percentage is adjusted up or down depending on the project's complexity, desired level of detailing and other specific client service requests.

It will depend on the scale of the project and the level of design involved. However, most projects follow the same design process and standard of care regardless of the size.   Contact us for more information on design schedules. 

HMA+D is not a construction company nor a general contractor. However, we can recommend contractors in your area that may be appropriate to build your project.
